David Kohrell - Project

David is the president of Technology As Promised, LLC (TAP),
and a senior seminar leader for it's learning portal
TAPUniversity.
He has eighteen years of progressively more responsible experience.
He has led, consulted and trained IT governance, product
development, software delivery, network infrastructure and
process engineering projects at several vibrant
organizations. Those organizations include Alegent Health,
Army Corps of Engineers, Bellevue University, Boeing, Bryan
LGH Hospital, ConAgra, Election Systems and Software, FiServ,
InfoUSA, Gallup, Microsoft Press (iUniverse.com), Mary
Lanning Hospital, Motorola, NEAPCO, Omaha Police
Department, Pamida, Pathology Medical Services, Physician’s
Mutual, Saint Louis University, Southeast Community College,
State of Kansas, State of Nebraska and Southern Illinois
University at Edwardsville, TD Ameritrade and West
Corporation.
He is a frequent keynote speaker, trainer and seminar leader
at regional and national conferences on a range of topics
from conflict resolution to leadership development. He has
equipped over 5,500 professionals in class room and seminar
settings since 1996. He has developed curriculum for
software applications, risk management, conflict resolution,
career development, communication and project management.
He also has written best practice articles on project
management and software development in IBM’s Rational Edge, ALLPM, ESI-INTL Horizons, PMI ISSIG and ProjectConnections.

David holds a Masters of Arts in Management, MIS (1994), a
Masters in Community and Regional Planning (1990) and a
Bachelor's of Science (1988) from the University of
Nebraska. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP,
2000) certification from the Project Management Institute
and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA 2006) from
the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. He
also holds Microsoft Certified Programmer (MCP, 2004),
Microsoft Solutions Framework Practitioner (MSFP, 2003) and
MS Project 2000 (MOS, 2002) certifications. He is actively
involved in PMI, ASTD and IASCA. He is the president for
the PMI Mid-Nebraska Chapter (2002-04 and 2007-08).

Laura Whitwer - Curriculum Chair of TAPUniversity:
Business Analysis, IT Compliance - Auditing, Project
Management, Virtual Teams and Quality Management
Laura leads the curriculum and seminar leader development
efforts for Technology As Promised, LLC (TAP) -
TAPUniversity.
She has four years of direct consulting experience in a
human resources consulting firm and for TAP. She leads
the creation of curriculum in professional certification,
project management, quality management, organizational
behavior, demand forecasting and performance measurement for
TAPUniversity. In addition she delivers consulting
services to TAP's corporate and public sector clients.
Laura holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the
University of Nebraska Lincoln and Project Management
Professional® designation from PMI. |
Sandip Ghotikar - Project Management
Sandip Ghotikar is an instructor in project management and
information technology with Technology As Promised, LLC -
TAPUniversity
He has 12 years experience in information technology.
Expertise in Leading, Designing, Development, Integration,
Customer support, Implementation and Training of
leading-edge systems/products. Worked in or consulted to the
companies like Sandvik (Sweden), GE Medical (Singapore), IBS
(Folsom CA), Advanced Auto Parts (VA), Pfizer, Linoma
Software (Omaha NE), Duncan Aviation (Lincoln NE). He
currently serves as a project manager - business analyst for
Omnium Worldwide (Omaha NE).
Sandip holds a Masters in Computer Management. Bachelor of
Commerce from Pune University, Pune, India and Project
Management Professional® designation from PMI.

Meryl Rowley - Project Management
Meryl leads Technology As Promised, LLC - TAPUniversity east
coast (USA) efforts. She is an entrepreneur and educator.
She is the owner of HR Elements LLC, providing hr/training
support in the small company space. She also teaches in the
Project Management Certificate Program for GWU, with ESI.
She has 20+ yrs. in training development, delivery, Quality
and Project Management, mostly with IT companies.
She spent 15 years with Xerox, the last five as a project
manager at Xerox Document U, specializing in learning
development.
Meryl holds a Master of Arts in Human Performance Technology
from Marymount University., a Masters Certificate in Project
Management from George Washington University and a Project
Management Professional ® designation

Siva Sankarasubmarian -
Project Management
Siva Sankarasubmarian
is an instructor in project management and information
technology for Technology As Promised, LLC - TAPUniversity.
Siva has over 20 years in IT. He has been providing
leadership to a wide variety of assignments in software
development, process improvement, new technology
introduction. He currently consults at Anheuser-Busch in St.
Louis as Project Manager. He has worked in various
industries including: textile, newspaper, pharmaceuticals,
state government and consumer products
Siva has been a PMP since 2000. He has been serving as
Membership Director for PMI-Government SIG since 2001. He
also served as a board member for PMI Mid-Nebraska chapter.
He holds BS in Chemistry & Masters in Public Administration.

Walter Woodford - Project Management
Walter is an instructor for Technology As
Promised, LLC - TAPUniversity and a senior project manager
for PayPal in Omaha Nebraska.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from
Iowa State University, Master of Engineering Management
Degree from Washington University in Saint Louis and a
Project Management Professional® designation.
He spent the early part of his career working
for a major defense contractor engaged in test conduct,
safety, and Project Management.
He transitioned to computer and communications technology as
the technology blossomed and worked in Project Management,
Process Development, and Organizational transitions.
Currently, he is a Senior Project Manager for PayPal
Throughout his career,
he has been active in assisting personnel achieve
professional and personal goals through formal and informal
teaching, coaching, mentoring activities.
